We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Channel Partners to join our team.
This position focuses on managing and supporting our external sales channels, specifically manufacturer representatives in the Eastern U.S.
Initial duties will include the following:
- Lead, manage, and support manufacturer reps to achieve or exceed bookings targets.
- Establish territory bookings budgets in collaboration with senior leadership, manufacturer reps, and market insights.
- Act as the main point of contact for manufacturer reps, ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support needed to succeed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, engineering, etc.) to develop and execute support programs.
- Continuously improve program effectiveness to meet market needs.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and address feedback to refine strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Sales Engineer for the Pittsburgh, PA region. This position will require the qualified candidate to live in the Pittsburgh area.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for growing sales and developing lasting relationships with our customer base.
Initial duties will include the following:

- Act as a technical resource for Xtek products to the customer.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and Xtek.
- Assist with forecasting and market reviews.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing facility and equipment issues. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, leading smaller maintenance projects, and supporting the broader maintenance team to ensure smooth operations across our industrial facility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and advanced inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on
equipment and facility systems - Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs independently or as part
of a team - Lead and coordinate smaller maintenance projects; mentor and direct junior technicians
as needed - Troubleshoot equipment issues and manage repairs through completion
- Collaborate with vendors and external technicians for specialized repairs or projects
- Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Support and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards in all maintenance tasks
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Proficient in reading technical documentation and maintenance standards
- Experience using maintenance management systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
- Working knowledge of EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and QMS (Quality
