Xtek is currently hiring for the following positions at our Cincinnati headquarters:
We have immediate openings for Machinists on our night shift (6:00pm to 2:00am).
No experience is required. We will train!
These are hourly positions reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to meet goals and objectives. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to producing accurate work in a safe and efficient manner.
Initial duties will include the following:
- Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders, based on production requirements.
- Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation to determine appropriate machine settings and techniques.
- Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools, ensuring parts meet established tolerances and specifications.
- Conduct basic machine maintenance, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working order.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust machines as necessary to improve performance and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Best qualified candidates will have:
- Strong mechanical skills, including an understanding of machine functions, parts, and basic maintenance, with a natural inclination toward hands-on work.
- Ability to learn and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions accurately to ensure parts meet specifications.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Channel Partners to join our team.
This position focuses on managing and supporting our external sales channels, specifically manufacturer representatives in the Eastern U.S.
Initial duties will include the following:
- Lead, manage, and support manufacturer reps to achieve or exceed bookings targets.
- Establish territory bookings budgets in collaboration with senior leadership, manufacturer reps, and market insights.
- Act as the main point of contact for manufacturer reps, ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support needed to succeed.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Sales Engineer for the Pittsburgh, PA region. This position will require the qualified candidate to live in the Pittsburgh area.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for growing sales and developing lasting relationships with our customer base.
Initial duties will include the following:
- Achieve bookings goals for the specific territory.
- Generate interest and inquiries in Xtek products.
- Act as a technical resource for Xtek products to the customer.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and Xtek.
- Assist with forecasting and market reviews.
Best qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of previous sales or mill experience
- strong knowledge of similar product lines, material handling products, and maintenance services
- excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

1st Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm
This position is responsible for field service work performed on-site at multiple customer locations, and for various assignments at Xtek Cincinnati when not on-site at customer facilities.
Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Proficient in operation of hoists, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
- Willingness to obtain required minimum personal tooling.
- Willingness to travel.
- Current driver’s license and good driving record.
- Uphold all company and customer standards regarding field service work.
- Proven mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to use hand torch for heating and cutting.
- Ability to safely set up and use a press or puller, with assistance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely with others.
- Ensure that all appropriate PPE is used at all times.
- Ability to understand dimensional and word instructions on a drawing.
- Ability to use measuring equipment and record dimensions.
- Report any incidents or concerns to Field Service Crew Lead as required.
- Continue to enhance personal skill sets through outside learning classes, formal training seminars, and hands-on opportunities.
- Perform duties as assigned by Field Service Manager.
