Initial duties will include the following:

• Lead, manage, and support manufacturer reps to achieve or exceed bookings targets.
• Establish territory bookings budgets in collaboration with senior leadership, manufacturer reps, and market insights.
• Act as the main point of contact for manufacturer reps, ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support needed to succeed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, engineering, etc.) to develop and execute support programs.
• Continuously improve program effectiveness to meet market needs.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Sales Engineer for the Pittsburgh, PA region. This position will require the qualified candidate to live in the Pittsburgh area.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for growing sales and developing lasting relationships with our customer base.

Initial duties will include the following:

• • Achieve bookings goals for the specific territory.
  • Generate interest and inquiries in Xtek products.
  • Act as a technical resource for Xtek products to the customer.
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and Xtek.
  • Assist with forecasting and market reviews.

No experience required. We will train!

These are hourly positions reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to meet goals and objectives. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to producing accurate work in a safe and efficient manner.

Initial duties will include the following:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and VTLs, based on production requirements.
• Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation to determine appropriate machine settings and techniques.
• Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools, ensuring parts meet established tolerances and specifications.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working order.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust machines as necessary to improve performance and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and quality standards.

our night shift (6:00pm to 2:00am).

This is an hourly position reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

As an CNC HBM Operator, you will be responsible for the safe set up and operation of a CNC
Horizontal Boring Mill. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, reliable,
and committed to producing accurate work in a safe and efficient manner.

Initial duties will include the following:

• Perform a wide range of CNC HBM setups including uprights, v-blocks, and table-type
  configurations
• Verify correct part and tooling selection for each operation
• Collaborate with programming to ensure accurate machining processes
• Work with tooling support to maintain standard and specialty tooling
• Record final measurements on blueprints and maintain quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards
• Participate in 5-Why analysis for safety, quality, and maintenance improvements
• Perform additional duties as needed

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing facility and equipment issues. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, leading
smaller maintenance projects, and supporting the broader maintenance team to ensure smooth operations across our industrial facility

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and advanced inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs independently or as part of a team
• Lead and coordinate smaller maintenance projects; mentor and direct junior technicians as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and manage repairs through completion
• Collaborate with vendors and external technicians for specialized repairs or projects
• Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Support and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards in all maintenance tasks

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the ability to maintain a safe working environment
• Proficient in reading technical documentation and maintenance standards
• Experience using maintenance management systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
• Working knowledge of EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and QMS (Quality Management System).
