The Sales Engineer will be responsible for growing sales and developing lasting relationships with our customer base.

Initial duties will include the following:

• • Achieve bookings goals for the specific territory.
  • Generate interest and inquiries in Xtek products.
  • Act as a technical resource for Xtek products to the customer.
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and Xtek.
  • Assist with forecasting and market reviews.

These are hourly positions reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to meet goals and objectives. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to producing accurate work in a safe and efficient manner.

Initial duties will include the following:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and VTLs, based on production requirements.
• Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation to determine appropriate machine settings and techniques.
• Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools, ensuring parts meet established tolerances and specifications.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working order.

Horizontal Boring Mill. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, reliable,
and committed to producing accurate work in a safe and efficient manner.

Initial duties will include the following:

• Perform a wide range of CNC HBM setups including uprights, v-blocks, and table-type
  configurations
• Verify correct part and tooling selection for each operation
• Collaborate with programming to ensure accurate machining processes
• Work with tooling support to maintain standard and specialty tooling
• Record final measurements on blueprints and maintain quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards
• Participate in 5-Why analysis for safety, quality, and maintenance improvements
• Perform additional duties as needed

Job Function:
The Marketing & Communications Manager is a corporate-wide role
responsible for accelerating and professionalizing marketing at Xtek and its subsidiaries. This role is intended to build and execute structured marketing capability, while executing practical
day-to-day work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the cross functional Marketing Committee
• Develop, communicate and execute the annual Marketing calendar (campaigns,
  events, trade shows) and communication plan (landing pages, website, emails, social
  media, etc.).
• Maintain and strengthen market intelligence capabilities and provide updates to
  messaging, targeting & sales tools
• Recommend tools/processes for tracking marketing activity and effectiveness and help
  implement what’s appropriate for the organization’s maturity.
• Develop and Maintain sales enablement assets including brochures, product/capability
  sheets, and case studies
• Improve brand and messaging clarity across the enterprise and maintain consistent
  visual identity and tone.
• Support and strengthen internal communications and event management across all
  sites.
• Lead trade show/event execution for 1–2 key events per year, including booth strategy
  and messaging, logistics and vendor coordination, staffing plans and pre-show
  preparation.
• Manage external marketing partners (consultants/agencies) for web, design, SEO, and

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of related experience in marketing
• College degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred, but all majors will
  be considered given experience in marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial B2B marketing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High personal organization and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple
  priorities with limited supervision.

Position Summary:
The Engineering Manager leads a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, production, and service support of custom-engineered lifting equipment.
