Remade Work Rolls
Xtek is the industry leader in the supply of remade work rolls to the North
American cold mills. These rolls are provided at substantially lower prices than
the equivalent new roll. The internal soundness of Xtek remade rolls must meet
the same strict ultrasonic testing standards that are applied to our new rolls.
Xtek can provide engineering assistance to your steel company to help you
determine the best remade roll strategy for you.
Remade rolls are typically available for diameters between 12" and 22". In some
cases remade rolls can be provided up to 23" depending upon the availability of
source rolls.
