Guide Rollers

Guide Rollers and Guide Roller Assemblies are available from Xtek Europe. The Guide Roller is manufactured with the same heat treating techniques as a TS6 Crane Wheel, and contains the same metallurgical features which result in improved wear characteristics, and improved load carrying capability. The 60 HRc hardened surface and 5 mm hardness depth allows for the performance life to be improved by a factor of 3 to 8 times over common industrial guide rollers Independent testing confirms that the Xtek Guide Roller also dramatically improves the life of the crane rail.

Depending on configuration and customer requirements, Xtek Europe can produce the Guide Roller Assembly as simple as a Guide Roller mounted on a shaft or as much as a complete Guide Roller Assembly with bearings, bearing housings and other elements. Xtek Engineers can also offer strength upgrades and improvements of features of the shaft or other elements that may be prone to premature failures.
